Growing and cooking pears at Le manoir with Country living magazine

Heres a little video made alongside Country living magazine. It’s full of tips and tricks about growing and cooking pears from Le Manoir Aux Quat ‘Saisons. The introduction is by Raymond Blanc. Cooking tips are from Mikey, Mikey is the Head Tutor at the Raymond Blanc Cookery school and growing tips from myself.

It’s a lovely little video which shows the relationship between the kitchen gardens, the orchard and the kitchens.
